Dear Families,
We are excited to be in the final stretch of Quarter 3 here at Oak Hill Middle School! Quarter 3 will wrap up on March 27th, and we have many fun activities and celebrations planned to finish the year strong.
Students have been enjoying engaging lessons, school events, and opportunities to connect with their peers. Our upcoming Student Council Dance on March 27th promises to be a fantastic way to celebrate the end of the quarter!
Mark Your Calendar:
Parent-Teacher Conferences: March 18th. You can sign up using the QR code above or the link: https://www.ptcfast.com/schools/Oak_Hill_Middle_School
Please sign up for a time with your child’s advisory teacher. Due to limited time slots, we ask that families schedule only one conference unless otherwise directed by a teacher. If you’re unable to find a time that works, please reach out to your child’s teacher or the front office for assistance.
8th Grade Parent Night at Oak Hill High School: March 19th. Please see the flyer below for more information.
Staff In-Service Day (No School for Students): March 20th
Student Council Dance: March 27th.
We’re in the midst of a busy and exciting time, with plenty of opportunities for students to celebrate their achievements and have fun. If you’d like to join in, whether by chaperoning a dance or supporting a field trip, please consider filling out a volunteer form on the RSU 4 website. Your involvement helps make these experiences memorable for our students!
Winter Weather Reminder 🧤🧣
As winter continues, please remember to send students with extra layers each day. We will be going outside as much as possible, weather permitting, so warm coats, hats, and gloves are encouraged to keep students comfortable.
Thank you for your continued partnership and support. We are so proud of our students and the wonderful momentum they’ve built this quarter!
Warmly,
MaKayla Stevens
