Dear Families,
As we wrap up the first quarter, we want to celebrate the growth, learning, and effort our students have shown so far this school year. Grades have officially closed, and we look forward to discussing your child’s progress during Parent-Teacher Conferences on Wednesday, November 12th.
Please sign up for a time with your child’s advisory teacher using the link below. Due to limited time slots, we ask that families schedule only one conference unless otherwise directed by a teacher. If you’re unable to find a time that works, please reach out to your child’s teacher or the front office for assistance.
📄 Report cards will be shared during conferences. If you’re unable to attend, please check in with your child, as report cards will be sent home with students the following day, Thursday, November 13th.

We’d also like to take a moment to recognize and commend all of our student-athletes for an incredible fall season. The way they represent Oak Hill Middle School—with teamwork, dedication, and pride—is truly something special. We’re looking forward to the start of winter sports!
